Then we’ll head out into the real Oaxaca, where the streets tell stories through food. We’ll explore three vibrant markets (including the famous Pasillo de Humo), taste dishes from beloved street vendors, and even visit a hidden gem known only by locals — the kind of place that doesn’t show up on maps.

Throughout the walk, you’ll try around 24 different Oaxacan bites — from savory classics to sweet surprises. This isn’t a tasting, it’s a full-on flavor adventure.
