The Michelin
Taco Bike Tour
This is a unique opportunity to discover authentic Mexican food taken to the next level, with a special focus on Mexican tacos. It’s not just about tasting tacos; it’s about experiencing a complete culinary journey where every bite connects you to Mexico’s rich history and culture. Throughout the tour, we’ll take you to five carefully selected taquerias, all recommended by the Michelin list, where traditional tacos are transformed into culinary masterpieces.
As you pedal through two of Mexico City’s most vibrant neighborhoods, you’ll feel like you’re exploring the city with lifelong friends. Our style is like going out with an old friend because we want you to feel at home. We’ll make stops so you can get to know the city and these neighborhoods more deeply, exploring them beyond the surface, where you’ll enjoy new flavors and learn about the history behind each taco and its significance to us as Mexicans. Our goal is for you to experience Mexican food, especially tacos, in a way that is rarely offered to travelers.
The fifth taqueria is our Surprise Taco, which we believe will soon be on the Michelin list. We’d love for you to try it before it becomes super popular. And, before we say goodbye, we’ll share an authentic michelada, Mexico City style, while giving you useful tips to continue exploring the city.
NOTE: We don’t include the Michelin-starred taqueria in the tour, as the wait time has extended to nearly 2 hours in line, and they don’t take reservations.

Spent a great afternoon biking around La Condesa and Roma neighborhoods and trying 5 different taquerias. Mario was a great guide, - very knowledgeable about the food, the neighborhood and Mexican history. A tasty and interesting afternoon. We loved it and would highly recommend this tour. Nicole Whaley2025-07-11Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Raul and Axel were fantastic tour guides! The food was of course delicious but what was a wonderful surprise were the extra stops to give history about the neighborhoods we visited and about Mexico City. They navigated our group very safely through the city. The traffic was heavier in some areas, but I never felt unsafe. I would highly recommend this bike tour for anyone!
