Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refund Deadline:
- Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
- No refunds will be issued after this period.
- Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be made in writing via the email provided by the company.
- Requests must be received at least 24 hours before the tour starts to be considered valid.
- Acceptable Reasons for Refund Requests with less than 24 hours before Tour begins:
- Refunds will only be processed in cases of verifiable emergencies. Documented evidence (e.g., medical certificate, legal document, etc.) must be provided.
- Emergencies are considered unforeseen and serious situations preventing the customer from participating in the tour.
- Cancellation by the Company:
- The company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions, unforeseen events, or any other circumstances jeopardizing participant safety.
- In the event of company cancellation, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
- Tour Rescheduling:
- Customers have the option to reschedule their tour at no additional cost if they notify the company at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Late Arrivals:
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals at the tour meeting point.
- The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes to respect the time of other participants.
- Customers are advised to plan ahead and address any location-related queries at least 12 hours before the tour starts.
- No Shows:
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
- Booking Modifications:
- Booking modifications (date changes, participant number adjustments, etc.) are allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
