The tour includes the use of a bike, a helmet, a local guide, stops at points of interest, drinks, and street food tastings.

The tour is designed for cyclists of all levels, but you must know how to ride a bike. There is a possibility we can discuss with you to still join the bike tour, but it’s something best explained through a message or email. If you think cycling might be challenging, we also offer walking tours. Please send us a message or email so we can share the details of this alternative option with you.

The tour typically lasts between 4 and 5 hours, depending on the route. This includes breaks for rest, photos, tasting, biking, food stops and enjoying the surroundings. We like to give you time to fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

In case of light rain, the tour will continue, and we provide ponchos for all participants. If the rain is heavy, we will reschedule the tour, offer a voucher for another day, or issue a full refund.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light jacket if it’s winter, as it can be chilly in the morning or evening. A small backpack for your personal belongings is also useful.

Yes, safety is our top priority. We use bikes lanes, safe, low-traffic routes, and our guides are trained to handle groups in urban settings. Helmets are provided for all participants.

Yes, children are welcome. We have kids’ bikes, rear seats for younger children, and even seats for toddlers around 1 or 2 years old, along with helmets for them. Please email or message us before booking so we can prepare everything for you and your little ones.

Yes, we can easily accommodate vegetarians. For vegans, the “Mexico is Not Only Tacos” tour is recommended, as the other tours visit more local areas where vegan options are less common.

Our tours usually have a limit of 8 to 10 people to ensure a personalized experience. We often have more than one guide, sometimes up to three, so you always have someone nearby to assist or chat with. We know what it’s like to be a traveler, and we want you to truly experience the city with a local. If you’re coming with a larger group, don’t worry— we can accommodate larger groups as well. Just send us a message to coordinate, and we even offer special pricing for larger groups.
